Users Outside India
We offer Catapult Café to clients who are primarily in India. Catapult Café is hosted in the United States and is governed by US law. If you are using Catapult Café from outside India, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the US where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the US and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.

Personal information means any information that identifies you that can be reasonably used to infer this information.

When you access or use Catapult Café, we may collect personal information from you, such as your:

If you purchase our products or services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Accessing, or Removing Personal Information.
You can correct, update, or remove your personal information if it changes or if you no longer want to receive information from us beyond information related to our services. This can be done by managing your personal information through your Catapult Café account or by emailing a request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also request access to your personal information that we collect by sending a request to us at email@example.com
Deleting Your Account.
You may request deletion of your account by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that some information may remain in our private records after deletion of your account. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal information after you delete your account, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
Tracking User Behavior
Catapult Café may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Catapult Café in order to determine what services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Catapult Café to you.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Catapult Café. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Catapult Café.
Catapult Café may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your computer by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. For example, a cookie helps Catapult Café recall your specific information on subsequent visits. Security of your Personal Information
We secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use the following methods for this purpose:

Children Under Thirteen
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
